Lost access to your email address?
To verify ownership, send the capsule number (if you know it), the email address on the account, and proof of payment (date, amount, receipt reference).
Can I read my message after sealing it?
No. Once sealed, no one can see it until opening day — including you.
When does the first collection open?
November 1, 2030 at 00:00 UTC, to everyone at the same time.
What happens after opening day?
The collection is featured for 3 months, then moves to the archive where it remains accessible and public.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once. Tax is included and there are no renewals.
What if I save but don't pay?
Saved messages that are not paid for within 14 days are deleted.
Can I delete a capsule?
Yes. Confirm with the code we email you and type DELETE. Deletion happens after 14 days, and you can cancel before then.
What if AenVault shuts down?
Sales stop immediately, all authors are emailed 90 days before closing, all collections open to everyone, and everyone can download their own message.
